Your mission

You will build People & Culture at 21energy from A to Z—clean, scalable and compliant. From recruiting and onboarding to performance, compensation, labour law & compliance, you will design the entire employee journey and act as a sparring partner to the executive team.

Your tasks

  • Build the HR foundation: Set up processes, policies and templates across the full employee lifecycle (hire–onboard–develop–retain–offboard).
  • Compliance & labour law: CBA-compliant contracts, working-time/leave/parental-leave processes, GDPR-compliant HR data management, solid documentation.
  • Scale people operations: Configure the ATS & HR suite (we use Kenjo), automate workflows, establish self-service and reporting.
  • Recruiting & employer branding: Define role profiles, structured interviews & assessments, build a talent pool, raise our visibility in the Tyrolean ecosystem.
  • Performance & development: Feedback/goal system, development paths, trainings & leadership guidelines; culture rituals and internal communications.
  • Sparring & coaching: Advise managers, mediate conflicts, measure and improve team health.

What you bring

  • Several years of HR experience in a start-up/scale-up or a generalist HR role with high ownership.
  • Labour law & CBA know-how (AT): familiar with the Trade Collective Agreement (Handel), employment contracts, all-in models, working-time schemes, parental/educational leave, residence/work permits, etc.
  • Tool proficiency: Experience with Kenjo (or similar HR systems)—from ATS to time tracking, DMS, workflows & analytics.
  • Structure & execution: Process- and metrics-driven, reliable on deadlines, diligent documentation.
  • Communication & conflict skills; German C1 and English.
  • Nice to have: Experience with tech teams, compensation design, payroll interfaces (e.g., RZL) and recruiting in DACH.

Your Mission

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our online campaigns across Europe, ensuring they inspire, convert, and remain profitable.

  • Strategy & Execution: Design and manage performance campaigns (Google Ads Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.) with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
  • Optimize & Analyze: Derive data-driven optimizations, run A/B tests, and continuously improve conversion rates.

Your mission

As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our Shopify store. You’ll develop customized solutions that enhance both the user experience and internal business processes. Your focus will be on performance, automation, and innovative features that take the shop to the next level.


Your tasks

  • Create, customize, and optimize custom Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript.
  • Performance optimization and technical SEO for maximum load speed and conversion rates.

21energy GmbH is an innovative start-up based in Innsbruck that specializes in the development of heating systems with integrated Bitcoin miners. Our technology uses the waste heat from Bitcoin mining to heat buildings efficiently and sustainably - from single-family homes to large-scale facilities. We are the global market leader in the field of Bitcoin space heaters and are currently in a phase of rapid growth. To expand our team, we are looking for an R&D specialist (m/f/d) for heating and energy systems who is enthusiastic about tinkering with new solutions and taking our product portfolio - from modular Bitcoin heating to water-cooled central heating and smart home integration - to the next level.

Your tasks

  • Development & prototyping
    – Conception, construction and testing of new heating technologies with integrated Bitcoin miners
    – Focus on thermodynamics, heat dissipation (heat pipes, ventilation systems, water cooling) and energy efficiency
  • Optimization of existing systems
    – Continuous optimization of existing products
    – Improvement of ESD safety and quality assurance in production

Your profile

  • Practical experience in prototype construction, ideally in the field of heating technology, cooling or electronics
  • Knowledge in ESD and thermal management (heat pipes, fan/pump systems etc.)
  • Hands-on mentality: You are a “tinkerer” who likes to test, solve, adapt and improve
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
  • Class B driver's license is required, as you will often work at different locations (Kematen, Zirl, Innsbruck)
  • Affinity for Bitcoin or interest in crypto technologies is an advantage

Warehouse & Assembly Technician

21energy is a greentech start‑up based in Innsbruck that turns the waste heat of Bitcoin mining into clean, cost‑effective building heat. By retrofitting ASIC miners into high‑efficiency heating modules we supply anything from single‑family homes to large facilities—combining ecological impact with a new revenue stream.

Already the global market leader in Bitcoin space heaters, we are scaling fast. To keep pace we need a Warehouse  &  Assembly Technician who will refurbish miners, integrate them into our heaters and keep materials moving smoothly through our logistics hub—from first screw to final quality check and shipment.

Your mission

Turn pre‑owned Bitcoin miners into powerful heat sources!

Based in Zirl, you are the hands‑on heartbeat of our logistics centre: cleaning and refurbishing ASIC miners, installing them into heating chassis, running performance tests and packing every unit for dispatch. From time to time you’ll support the production line in Kematen, ensuring our cutting‑edge Bitcoin heaters leave the factory in top form.

What you'll do

1. Refurbishment & Assembly

  • Clean, repair and overhaul ASIC miners
  • Convert high‑performance computers into heaters (fan/heatsink swaps, wiring, firmware updates)

2. Testing & Quality

  • Run and document performance tests (hash‑rate, temperature, power draw)
  • Release only units that meet our QC standards

3. Warehouse Logistics & Fulfilment

  • Goods‑in and inventory management
  • Pack and ship finished heaters/miners to customers

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest and drive process and layout optimisations in logistics and assembly


What you bring

  • A hands‑on mindset and love of building, fixing and tinkering
  • Experience in warehousing, production or assembly; basic electrical skills a plus
  • Structured, self‑reliant work style and strong quality awareness
  • Team player with very good German and English (technical documentation)
