App Developer (m/f/d)
About us
With our revolutionary solutions for sustainable heat and integrated Bitcoin mining, we want to become Austria’s next unicorn. Join us and help shape the energy transition! To strengthen our development team, we’re looking for an App Developer (m/f/d) who brings high engineering quality, strong ownership, and a product mindset to take our mobile applications to the next level.
Your mission
You make our Flutter app for Android & iOS faster, more stable, and smarter. You ship new features, eliminate bugs, refactor where it makes sense - and ensure the app stays reliable in real-world conditions (offline, poor connectivity, tough field environments). In short: you elevate our product technically and in overall quality.
Your responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and cleanly integrate features into our Flutter app
- Fix bugs, refactor code, and sustainably increase quality
- Own tickets end-to-end: from the Scrum board to a release-ready result
- Collaborate closely with the PO and the team (find solutions, clarify priorities, deliver cleanly)
- Build and continuously improve CI/testing pipelines (automated tests, builds, checks)
- Develop resilient app mechanisms: offline capability, fault tolerance, stable data flows
- Level-3 support: analyze complex issues, identify root causes, fix them permanently
- Systems thinking: look beyond the app and contribute to architecture and operations
Your profile
- 2+ years of app development experience (Android/iOS)
- 1+ year of Flutter experience (ideally with Riverpod)
- Hands-on, self-driven, and you reliably finish what you start
- Team player: open, clear communicator, solution-oriented
- You don’t just think in screens — you think in stable systems
- You’re excited about testing, CI/CD, and solid engineering standards
- You want to truly move a product forward — not just “work through tickets”
- Good German skills (team & day-to-day work) and English (coding, docs, tools)
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with highly available / decentralized / multi-instance-capable architectures
- Node.js know-how
- MongoDB / NoSQL experience
- Interest or experience in IT security (network focus)
- Solid fundamentals in system architecture
- Touchpoints with crypto / mining
What we offer
- Pioneering work: Build a product with real relevance — energy efficiency meets Bitcoin mining.
- Modern work culture: Flat hierarchies, open communication, lots of ownership, and flexible working hours.
- Top equipment: Modern devices, an ergonomic workplace, and a state-of-the-art development environment.
- Compensation: Annual gross salary from €45,000 (full-time), with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
- Benefits: €180 annual vouchers, Klimaticket Tirol (from the 2nd year), and up to €3,000 training budget per year.
