Digital Designer

Your Mission:
As a Digital Designer at 21energy, you’ll play a key role in crafting and evolving our visual identity across all digital and print channels. Your primary focus will be on:
- App Design: Enhance and develop user-centric designs for our smartphone application.
- Website Design: Shape and optimize the design of our website to align with our brand vision.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Print Design: Create high-quality print materials for marketing campaigns, trade shows, and events.
- Trade Show Presence: Conceptualize and design captivating trade show appearances that represent our brand.
- Brand Design Development: Continuously evolve and refine the 21energy brand identity.
- Creatives for Social Media & Display Ads: Design engaging assets for social media and digital advertising campaigns.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step into the position of Lead Designer for what could be Austria’s next unicorn. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team at its inception and have the chance to actively shape the company’s future.
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end: You’ll have the guidance of a seasoned Senior Designer with over 20 years of experience, who has successfully led one of Tirol’s most accomplished agencies. This mentor will serve as your coach and sparring partner, providing invaluable support as you grow into the Lead Designer role.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in digital design, particularly app and website design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a user-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for creating visually stunning and functional designs that leave a lasting impression.
Nice to Have
- Experience with brand development and storytelling.
- Familiarity with print and trade show design.
- Interest in the energy sector, sustainability, and innovative technologies.

1. Ready for the next step?
If our position appeals to you, we look forward to receiving your application by e-mail to hr@21energy.com. As soon as we receive your documents, we will confirm receipt and check them carefully together with the department.
2. First meeting
If your profile fits, we will invite you to an initial video interview (approx. 30 minutes). We can get to know each other and you will get a first impression of our special corporate culture. After the interview, you will have time to think everything over in peace. We will contact you the next day to discuss what happens next.
3. Personal interview
The next step is to get to know your future team leader. In an interview lasting around 60 to 75 minutes, we will talk about your professional qualifications and personal strengths. Together we will find out whether we are a good match. After the meeting, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
4. Trial day with us
We would like to give you the opportunity to get to know us even better and gain an insight into your future working life. On your trial day, you will meet the entire team, can ask all your questions and experience our working methods at first hand. You may also have the opportunity to have lunch together or enjoy a relaxed game of table football. At the end of the day, we will reflect on our impressions together and look forward to your feedback.
