We're building a pool of helpers for our production & warehouse in Zirl – perfect as a student job or side job. Assignment period: starting now through winter, with peak season from September to November. Tasks vary depending on need – always somewhere between warehouse, logistics, assembly, or production. No experience needed, we'll show you everything on site. When there's a lot to do, we'll call you – you tell us when you're free.

Your tasks

• Helping with assembly and pre-assembly of our heating systems
• Warehouse and logistics tasks: packing, fitting, order picking
• Simple checks following instructions
• Keeping the workspace tidy

Your profile

• Reliability and willingness to pitch in
• Physically fit – able to lift and carry occasionally
• German B1
• Minimum age 18

To further develop our software stack, we're looking for reinforcement to clear out bugs, simplify our customers' lives, and take our products to the next level of quality. 

Your tasks 

• Further development of our embedded software stack – TypeScript/Node services run directly on the devices. 
• Backend development – TypeScript/Node services, MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes clusters. 
• Third level support – if a problem makes it to us, it's gotten interesting. 
• Ownership of features – from idea to release, it's your baby. 
• Testing – Manual and automated test suites ensure we can trust our work. 

Your profile 

Must-haves: 

• Solid experience as a software engineer (mid to senior). 
• You already have experience with TypeScript/Node and you feel comfortable on a Linux system. 
• You write clean, testable code and think in systems, not just functions. 
• You work hands-on and independently, and reliably get things done. 
• You want to really move a product forward – not just "work through tickets." 
• German B2 preferred (for the customer support portion). 

Nice-to-have (but not a must): 

• Experience with Kubernetes (k3s) is a big plus.

Conditions 

• Location: Wilhelm-Greil-Straße 21, 6020 Innsbruck 
• Work model: On-site (office-first, occasional home office possible) 
• Working hours: Full-time 
• Compensation: Gross annual salary € 48,000 – € 55,000 (14 payments), depending on experience and qualification. Placement within the range is based on relevant professional experience, technology expertise and ownership level.
